ZenPix ("we", "us", "our") provides background verification (BGV) and workforce screening services. Because our work involves handling candidate information on behalf of our clients, we take data protection seriously and operate in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What information we handle

To perform verification checks, we process candidate-provided details such as identity documents, address proof, education records, employment history and other information relevant to the specific checks requested by our client.

Consent

We only run verification checks after applicable candidate consent has been obtained, as outlined in our screening lifecycle. Candidates are informed of what is being verified and why.

How we use information

Candidate information is used solely to perform the requested verification checks and to deliver a structured report to the client who initiated the screening. We do not use candidate data for marketing or any unrelated purpose.

Data sharing

We do not sell candidate or client information. Verification findings are shared only with the client who commissioned the check, through secure channels.

Data retention & security

Information is retained only as long as necessary to complete verification and meet applicable legal or client requirements, and is handled with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
